Includes everything in Essential, plus:

  • Procurement concierge for furniture, finishes, and décor (we place orders, coordinate deliveries, and track items)
  • Milestone site visits at key stages
  • Group chat with you + your contractor
  • One round of punchlisting near turnover
  • Styling and decoration
  • Custom furniture design + commissioned art pieces

Does not include:

  • Regular on-site supervision or full project management (your contractor remains responsible for day-to-day site operations)
