Situated within Filinvest City’s bustling CBD in Alabang, this 32 sqm studio unit was designed as a compact yet refined SOHO (Small Office Home Office) space for two remote-working professionals. The brief called for functionality without compromising on elegance—prompting a design strategy rooted in flow, clarity, and thoughtful restraint.
The layout was carefully planned to maintain generous clearances and seamless circulation—ensuring the space feels open and unobstructed, despite its modest footprint. A full-size IKEA kitchen anchors the unit with crisp white cabinetry, warm wood countertops, and gold-toned hardware, striking a balance between utility and quiet sophistication.
Storage solutions were maximized through multifunctional pieces—such as a bed and ottoman with built-in compartments—while designated work zones allow both residents to cohabitate and collaborate with ease. A neutral foundation of white walls and minimalist finishes sets the stage for curated décor to take center stage, offering moments of personality and charm throughout the space.
This project underscores how small spaces, when mindfully designed, can feel expansive—supporting both function and lifestyle with intention.
